Millennium Vertical Action III on the K300 Kawai.

The Kawai K-300 WHP Chrome Piano includes the Millennium III Upright Action System with components made from ABS-Carbon, a composite material created by infusing carbon fiber into our renowned ABS Styran.

ABS-Carbon is incredibly robust and rigid, allowing for the creation of action parts that are lighter without sacrificing strength. The result is a stronger and faster action that offers more power, better control and greater stability than conventional actions with wood.

Die-cast aluminum brackets.

Manufactured from a custom mold, die cast parts are formed exactly the same every time.

The K-Series pianos feature three die-cast aluminum stands to provide an additional measure of strength, uniformity, and stability for precise touch over time.

Key length extended.

Longer keys make playing easier and provide a more consistent response from the front to the back of the playing surface. The benefits to the player are greater control and more power with less effort.

Solid spruce conical soundboard.

The soundboard is the heart of a piano. Its purpose is to transform the vibrations of the piano strings into a rich and sonorous tone.

The K300 Kawai only uses solid sawn, straight-grained spruce for the K-series soundboards.

Each soundboard is strategically honed to maximize its tone-producing capabilities.
