The reverberations of a concert grand piano can be heard thanks to the use of a larger mechanism like that of a larger piano on each and every one of the smaller grand pianos. Only the spruce that grows in specific conditions on the high mountainous regions can be used to make a harmonious pallete of tonal quality. This wood, rare and of great value, is exclusively selected and reserved for Schimmel thanks to the Bavarian Forest Service.
