Description
Feurich 123 Vienna
The Feurich 123 Vienna is an innovative upright piano, manufactured in Austria, known for its unique design and advanced technical features. One of its key innovations is the High Speed KAMM action, which allows for extremely fast repetition, comparable to that of the finest concert grand pianos. RENNER developed this exclusive mechanism following Feurich’s specifications, providing the pianist with a lighter touch and more precise response compared to other upright pianos on the market.
Construction
This model is among the first mass-produced pianos to feature a completely lead-free keyboard, enhancing the stability and durability of both the mechanism and the keyboard. Its cabinet has been designed with an eco-friendly approach, using environmentally safe lacquers. Thanks to its modular design, all parts, including the side panels, are interchangeable. The piano can even be played without the cabinet, making it ideal for recordings, concerts, and delicate transport situations.
The pedal system has been completely redesigned to offer a wider range of dynamics while eliminating unwanted noise. Additionally, the front panel includes an opening that allows sound to project directly from the soundboard, resulting in a clearer and fuller tone, while also providing an interesting view of the piano’s inner workings.
Technical Specifications
The Feurich 123 Vienna stands 123 cm tall, 150 cm wide, and 62 cm deep, with an approximate weight of 250 kg. The keyboard features 88 standard acrylic/phenol keys, and the piano comes equipped with three pedals: one for soft play, one for sustain, and a silent play function.
Conclusion
This model blends tradition and innovation in a high-quality upright piano. Its adaptable design and advanced technical features make it a versatile choice for a wide range of musical and aesthetic needs.
